1. Shipping within Switzerland

Shipping carrier
All orders within Switzerland are shipped with Swiss Post.

Shipping options & costs

  • PostPac Economy – FREE from 140 CHF

  • PostPac Green – CHF 5.90

  • PostPac Priority – CHF 9.90

The available shipping options will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery time
Orders are delivered within 1–6 business days after payment confirmation.

2. Shipping to Europe (EU Countries)

Shipping carrier
Orders to Europe are shipped with Swiss Post (International Economy or Priority) or DHL / UPS, depending on destination and selected shipping method.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs range between CHF 9.90 and CHF 19.90, depending on the destination country and shipping option.
Exact shipping rates are shown at checkout.

Delivery time
Estimated delivery time is 4–10 business days, depending on the destination country.

Customs & import duties
For deliveries outside Switzerland, customs duties, taxes, or additional fees may apply.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and must be paid by the customer in accordance with the regulations of the destination country.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and include photos of the damage so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

For undeliverable packages (e.g. incorrect or incomplete shipping address), we reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs for reshipment.
